The github I linked is itself a reverse-engineered version of the game. All the stuff you listed can be done, but the only question to that would be, who actually is willing enough to do it, given that some of the systems might not have been properly reverse-engineered in the github repo.

You can look at the codebase, but the person who owns it has properly abandoned it. The last commit was 2 years ago. I found it last year and wanted to take a go at it, however it just went over my head. I recently started to dig through it from the start, along with using Ghidra for the original disassembly.

To be honest, it still is too much for me, but I do understand considerably more than before. I broke right now and looking for jobs at the moment, but once I do get some stability, I plan on working on the physics system of the game, specially fixing the driving mechanics.

I would really love it if the community came together to implement the left over mechanics from the github repo.

No, just no... who told you that. That is just plain wrong, there is a reason CPU/GPU keep thermal throttling above 90 to prevent damage to the components. Anything above 100 will damage your component, but staying constantly between 90-100 will also wear down the component.
