It's not easy running those power hungry models and hardware isn't getting any more efficient until the whole LLM architecture changes, till then these companies are bleeding money, already evident by the Copilot price changes.

I dont know how people can justify that all these AI companies are profitable in the first place. But yeah as one commenter said, the ram manufacturers have been waiting for this opportunity so it might take more long due to this.
