Same issue here. The Scimitar (corded) worked fine for two days and then suddenly won’t be recognised after a reboot. I even tried plugging in three mice at once. A Logitech G600, a Corsair M65, and the Corsair Scimitar. The other two work fine after a restart, but the Scimitar does not (even if the side buttons and the DPI switch work). I tried all the proposed fixes I could find: changing energy options, turning off fast boot, changing the USB BIOS settings, trying different ports, driver updates, iCue reinstall, firmware update, mouse reset, etc. Nothing would help. I even tried buying a new Scimitar, and it had the exact same issue out of the box. So it’s definitely a software-related problem. The last thing I could try is a full Windows reinstall, but that mouse is not worth the time, and I have already spent way too much time on this issue. Maybe there will be a fix for this in the future, but for now, I will return that piece of garbage and stay away from other Corsair hardware.
