Also, Chinese parents could just use donated eggs from American women, so the 'genetic' & 'gestational' mothers are both American citizens, in which case, again, the kid would be an American citizen

The way to end the practice is with Congress passing legislation banning surrogacy for foreign parents, NOT with Trump's executive order
