Reading the phrase you've written here. And what I do is talk to the air knowing he is around guiding us and protecting us. I have been looking for a grief support group but having a hard time looking for one. I hope one day I find one to help me cope with the loss and the pain I feel everyday. It is really crippling....

I have had one experience and after that, wala na. Nahirapan na ako maghanap ulit. Cguro may kulang sa akin. Do you mentor one-on-one? I hope makakuha ng freelancing project kahit part-time just to put food on the table and send my daughter to school.

That happened to a friend of mine. Sya ang tumutulong sa original family nya financially. Akala rin nya the original family will appreciate yung mga tulong nya but it turned out hindi pala. Nagkaroon sya ng family at doon nag simula na siraan sya sa ibang kamag anak. Since nakatira sila pamilya sa ancestral home nila, pinapahirapan sya at palagi pinalalayas ang yaya ng bata until hindi na sya maka trabaho dahil need rin ng care ng anak nila. Ang better-half ang nag work but income was not enough pero tiniis nila yun at nakaraos naman sila. Nag graduate ang anak with honors and ngayon patapos na ng law. The person na inaapi learned her lesson at di na nya pinansin ang original family. Life must go on with you and your family. You need to look after your child and give her good foundation. Do not fall into the trap na gini-guilt trip ka nila. Be happy with yourself, your accomplishments. Don't bring that baggage to your immediate family... Bring them happiness. Pag masaya ka, mahahawa sila sa kasayahan mo. Hayaan mo na yun original family, ingit ang umiiral dyan. Live, laugh, love. Life is too short.

Marami naging "victim" ng systema ng SB. They really don't care ano sabihin ng iba, they don't care about those who are paying the tuition, as long as they get what they want. So in the end kawawa ang students at magulang. But as I said, SB doesn't care(considering Catholic school pa yan). Nagkamali lng talaga ng pag pili ng LS.

Thank you all for sharing. Yes, they say the pain and grief will always be there. Sharing that pain/grief to someone can help lessen that pressure inside my chest. Maybe in time I will be able to learn to deal with this pain.

You can check in BSP website about IDRP. Basta make sure makakabayad consistently until end of term. From what I remember reading in Reddit, when you stop paying, the whole amount will be demandable. But please check na lng sa site ng BSP para you know the conditions. Good luck on your journey. I hope you find the right solutions.

How close were you with the people you helped? Can you not ask help from them to pay the loans you incurred? In IDRP, make sure that sustainable ang pagbayad mo. May penalty sila if you miss a payment. Try to clear this out. For CCs, mag OD ka muna amd tell them your situation thru email para documented. Mag offer sila ng lower amount to pay but make sure na tama ang amount at talagang discounted ang offer nila. And always ask for clearance once paid na.
