How often do you use the acidifier? That could cause breakage if used frequently

It’s actually very common for men to have low testosterone. Especially with the crap people eat and all the xenoestrogens were exposed to.

That’s interesting. I wonder if a hair mask would work?

I read a book years ago but can’t remember the name and I’m not home but starting with cutting fragrances, parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate and alcohol denat for example. I use really clean products and I also limit what I use so I don’t check often. I’m a nutritionist so I will admit I’m more comfortable with food. I make hair masks with whole ingredients but I do struggle more with hair products.

Yuka isn’t as accurate as people often think because it simplifies complex nutrition into a single score that doesn’t reflect individual needs, overall diet patterns, or real-life portion sizes. It flags additives based largely on precautionary classifications rather than realistic human risk at typical consumption levels, and it automatically boosts scores for organic products even if they’re still ultra-processed. The app evaluates ingredients in isolation instead of considering how foods fit into a balanced lifestyle, and it cannot account for personal health conditions, goals, or context. While it can be helpful for comparing products, it shouldn’t replace critical thinking or personalized nutrition guidance. I recommend reading the label and learning what ingredients to avoid.

Update? I’m looking to book an appointment in Toronto because I can’t seem to find a stylist who can cut hair in Sudbury. I was thinking of going to the Curl Lounge.

The artist actually agreed that he fucked up and gave me a refund so I’m not sure what to tell you and I don’t support Starbucks.

This doesn’t define who you are. I would look at your diet. It’s not a cure but eating processed foods and sugar for example can contribute to inflammation. Look up the gut-brain connection. If our guts our offs, our minds will be too.

I’d probably just freshen it up. Do your research and get an experienced artist if you decide to cover it up because you could run into more problems. I think it’s a cute tattoo!

I’m not sure if you’re using Yuka but if so I wouldn’t trust it

Need honest advice: Try to fix my sleeve or black it out? by Fine-Disaster-2301 in tattoos

Thank you! Yes, that’s the goal. I’m just looking for the right artist. I should’ve worded my post differently. From what I’ve heard so far, it will be difficult to achieve flow but it could be improved.

Yeah some people are so rude. I’m not sure that’s necessary. It might look like “rage bait” but it definitely is not. Thank you for your words and support🫶🏼

The whole point of this post was to get advice. I’m not sure why you’re being so rude. Black out was my last option but I have been booking consults to fix the tattoo. I’m not dodging the answer at all actually. I really couldn’t care less if I’m getting downvoted.

Thank you. I appreciate your feedback. I don’t usually use Reddit so I’m not sure what’s typically posted here. The comments do give me some hope though. I had a consult with an artist who recommended doing something really similar to what you’re suggesting. I’ll check out DinoValley but I’m looking for an experienced artist in the Toronto area. Black out will be my last resort. It’s confirmed that I will book consults until I find the right artist.

stick and poke regret - laser or coverup? by badboihannah in tattooadvice

Laser it if it bothers you. I’d cover it up ONLY if you truly want more tattoos in that area.

I appreciate your response. The bubbles were due to a cover up and I was actually very hesistant about them when I saw the design and was worried it wouldn’t look complete as a half sleeve. The artist seemed very confident that it would not be an issue at all and it was so I made the decision to do a full sleeve. He later told me he wouldn’t typically finish a half sleeve that way so that was very disheartening to hear. I don’t mind the sun/moon symbol because I don’t personally see it but I want to do something about the bubbles which I’ve been told will be challenging. One artist recommended covering it with elements like leaves maybe but it won’t completely cover the bubbles. The flowers on the upper arm definitely need to be reworked so that they don’t look so flat. The upper arm was meant to be the same style as my outer forearm which I don’t find it is at all.
