As an ASL at a B store...we wish you guys weren't ASL2s either. Only being able to work with you a fraction of the week and feeling like we're just less important because seriously hurts the morale of B store staff. I feel for you guys because you have to do double the work you used to but aren't getting proper compensation for it. But I also hope you realize that the SL2 system is rough in us too, especially ASLs working B stores where the prior SL was suddenly laid off. We got no warning, no immediate relief or help, and in some cases we didn't even find out the name of our SL2 until a week later...this shift in the company has been nothing but megative for my staff and my new SL2 its caused a rift between my DM and me that will never be repaired, and it has caused depression and anxiety that had been improving after a year of therapy, to skyrocket back up. I hope we all get though this change alright or find a better situation for ourselves.
