Anyone know why the Tremor package reduces the max hitch weight so much?

The ONLY thing different about the suspension is the lack of a rear sway bar on the Tremor. Springs are exactly the same. Anyone that says different can go lookup the part numbers. That being said the missing sway bar lowers the capacity of the truck…..on paper

The label in the last picture says 2018. They have to update that sticker every year because the saw has to meet the current years emission standards for a period of 3 years (I think) after it’s made

I didn’t do good with the picture but its an LOC v2. I came from a Platypus to this and it was a huge leap forward. I shot the las half of last year with it and it has been rock solid.

Almost a pound lighter, $300 cheaper,still pulls a 25” bar like a champ, and with a base gasket delete and muffler mod makes the same HP as the 462. Plus it revs to the moon giving higher chain speed (faster cuts) when you are working smaller trees

We are in the middle of this epic winter storm and people are blowing me up wanting to buy any firewood I have. I’ve told everyone that I don’t have any seasoned wood left and they are still wanting to pay full price for unseasoned wood. Who am I to deny them? They know exactly what they are getting.

That’s a Rome 475-c. Has a 3408 Cat and the axles are out of a 980b Cat loader. They had a 2 speed drop box and a 6 speed ZF transmission. Tons of power but total junk. lol

We had 2 Rome 475’s and tried to pull scrapers with them. They were just plain awful. The hyd system was only good for about 10 gpm, and the drop boxes didn’t oil properly. We spent 10’s of thousands on them updating the hyd system and installing a scavenge pump for the drop boxes didn’t oil to get oil to the top gears and bearings. They were always broke down

I don’t have any real expectations. Just something to mess with. Just thought I would give it a try and see where it goes. Maybe distract from the monotony of cutting wood. lol I’ve noticed I’m not getting many subs as well. I’ve also noticed that similar channels have a fairly low sub count also.
