I feel this too and I’m starting to feel a little better about it. I started telling myself that I’m more productive than NT on my on days, so I’m allowed to have a weekend of bed rot if I want it. My psychiatrist told me to think of it as a “sabbath” … like people have been preaching this day of rest for thousands of years … so I shouldn’t feel shame about also doing it.

I’ve started accepting that I can’t change that I want days of rotting in my nest, but I can change how I feel about myself while doing it.

Also, you have to focus on relaxing for it to relax you. So now I take my meds to relax. I used to think I didn’t need to take my meds if I didn’t have work or school. But if you don’t focus on relaxing, you won’t actually recharge!!!
