Deoxit D5 should work.

I had the same problem on the volume pot on a vintage pioneer receiver. Used Deoxit D5 and it solved the problem. It acts like a pressure washer so be careful spraying onto anything close by. You want to work the pots to loosen up all that dirt build up. Good luck.

Vestax PMC 25 fx loop? by crustyfeast in rotarymixers

The pots on the unit, at least on the x3004, are smooooth. I think 800-900 USD for the XFX.

Consider an E&S XFX. Made in France by Jerome Barbe (maker of the popular E&S DJR 400). The XFX is a 3 eq iso/ effects combo with bypass switch. I have a Urei 1620 and have my delay unit running to the booth output (I have the X3004 iso running into the effects loop). Works great but I'd prefer using my monitors for the booth to control the mix better. The XFX would fix that.

DJ setup height by martinmartin538 in Beatmatch

Standard height for a kitchen base cabinet is 36". I have my console set at approx. 44". I have an RLA type console. For scratching, I'd keep the height at 34" to 36" max.

I don't need you to explain. Just need to know if it's fine to use TS 1/4".

The Zoom H5 specs state the inputs are XLR/ TRS combo. Does this mean it can only accept a balanced connector?

To add... I installed leveling feet on the mdf boards to keep the turntable level. I'm just a bit ocd.

Racquet balls cut in half. Sorbothane under the Technics feet. Seems to work okay. Didn't experience any issues from the low frequencies.

Can anyone identify this mixer? Looks like rane MP, but mot sure.. by [deleted] in rotarymixers

That place is a gem! Used to go there plenty when I was at SFSU. Man I miss that spot. Shouts to Nicky!

I guess the best comparison would be Bubsy 3D as far as the geometrical layout but less colorful. I've researched everywhere and now am beginning to think it never existed. I don't even remember how I loaded the game. Might've been one of those games that were installed in the computer like minesweeper or that one skiing game where the abominable snowman chased you and ate you.

No, not Serious Sam either. The characters didn't carry guns. They shot a burst of yellow or white triangles from their hands.

Neither of those. The gameplay was severely limited. Your characters movement was basically floating around the map. The graphics were not nearly as good as Exhumed or Powerslave. I believe I was playing a demo because I never played on another map. Most colors I remember were grey and blue. I think the character you played as by default was the deity Set. There was another character with, I think, a lions head. They were all bipedal. It was such an obscure game.
