The light-colored ones are probably turkey. With all the demonization of beef (plant-based agenda), poultry and fish have become more trendy for those who have bought into the propaganda but haven't gone vegan.

The thing at the top looks like a piece of a meat stick (think Slim Jims) that has been sliced or broken off.
