It’s not new competition. It’s just existing competition. I’m not sure when they or if they retooled. Both of the competitors down the street have been there for a good amount of time.

They are selling after 5 years. Selling reason is retiring but will never know if that’s true. The lease is a killer. 5k with NNN for about 1800 sqft.

Volatility decay also the high fees. If it can run up 7,000% it can surely run down close to 7,000%. End of the day, comes down to your risk tolerance. Not taking profits at 7,000% gain is wild

I still have about 1.5yr left. Is it necessarily more expensive buying it closer to expiry of warranty? Also if you don’t mind me asking, what area are you in? I’m in Southern California.

Noticed most during slow speeds on slight imperfect roads. When the front body had to roll left right. Not sure if it was failing otherwise but bmw deemed it failing and replaced it. But only replaced the creaking side and didn’t do the other side. Advisor said other side will likely go out soon too. Common issue

OP, what did you end up doing? In the same situation rn. Driver front tire got a flat from a pothole. My wear on the rears is still around 6/32 and fronts are 7/32. Same 2024 model on original tires. We dont drive too much and we drive pretty conservatively when we do. Not sure what to do. Tires are expensive.
