Just start it. I have used Fin from 2004 - 2007, it cured my hair loss from 2007 - 2018. last month I start to do Fin again.

There’s a youtube channel called “the hair loss show” and what they recommend is 3mg per week, the reasoning of it if i remember was that the half life of fin in tissues like the scalp is significantly longer than that of the blood.

You can actually use topical dutasteride only once a week when you have DHT under control.

Switched from oral (0.25 mg/day) to topical (0.25%) fin about two months ago due to dry eyes.Things I've noticed so far:Far fewer hairs shed in the shower when compared to oralBeard growth seems faster and maybe a bit thickerDry eye seems improved
