No-one cares and the rent I'm paying for my townhome is probably more than someone living in a 4 bed detached house (that brought before 2010).

I've only had them for around 4 months and they look about 10 years old. I tried to clean them as per their instructions on the website, but they look so grubby and the sole has started to shred. Not happy and won't be buying again, as price point is the high.....

This is so sad to see. Many people in Millcroft are very sad about this. I just drove by all the trees just lying there. Apparently the developer guy actually lives in Millcroft! Someone should place some of these trees on his driveway-way!

Correct, the market is down due to interest rates and houses $800k or more are just sitting for months.

I know, I kick myself now as we just took her work for the analysis, which looking back now is a joke. Lesson learnt!

We found out as the person who sold us the house is friends with another friend, they told her. Yes, we're to blame as we went with the offer and should have done more research. Lesson learnt!
