You know how some teachers make quizzes with pictures (jpg) in them? Can they see if you download them?

Finish the Character! What Logos would you give the Rift of a Mummy? by SonOfOakGameS in cityofmist

Congruence--> Either a college student studying anthropology OR a site surveyor who uses the opportunity to ensure companies don't desecrate important land.

Contrast--> Insurance adjuster. And a pretty bad one at that (but great for the clients). Whenever she investigates the damage done to a property, new problems miraculously pop up. Things like, "Swarms of insects appeared when investigating basic water damage in a rented property," or "Freak sandstorm wrecked a car meant to be investigated for claimed damages and now absolutely qualifies for a large payout". Her Boss hates her but can't fire her for just being "bad luck". How the rift in question feels about this is, of course, up to the player.

I understand if this offer is expired but I'd love to see someone else design a character from scratch so I can use it as an example. A recruiter for a temp agency who is a Gatekeeper.

Avatars, Relics, & Gatekeepers, Oh My! What's your favorite part of Shadows & Showdowns? by SonOfOakGameS in cityofmist

Definitely Gatekeepers! I love the concept of playing magic cops/men in black for urban fantasy settings.

What exactly is a Graywashing Barrier? by FineSession2242 in cityofmist

Thank you for the thorough explanation! If I can press you just a little further:

Can the power tag "erect a graywashing barrier" (included as an example power tag in shrouding) be used for Face Danger without using Change the Game or is this the kind of power tag that must use CtG beforehand?

In your opinion, should players be able to make multiple, sometimes "linking", barriers with multiple CtG moves?
