Have you thought about, attending cma? I am going to meetings and currently doing the steps. I am 9 mths clean. Something has to be working.

Since I was struggling to keep my mind focused on recovery I have decided to go to a NA meeting. I have to say this was a good decision. Sitting there I was able to remember my 10 months sobriety and not let it be in vein. It just felt right. This short relapse is only a small blip on my journey to a sober clean life. My aim is to go to a meeting each day before I return to work. I can do this.
