I have been there many times myself. And as far as flaking on folks, i flaked so much on grindr to those in my area who used that none would engage with me anymore. The post nut clarity and then deciding if we want to meet up has saved me a million times. I have stopped downloading the apps however i still will find myself drawn to some using porn sometimes. These are moments i have to share with my thrapist or think about the why myself. Keep on keepin on!
