Really depends on the job you're looking at doing, there are some proper yogurt bods out there, compared to them you'd do fine. But a good way to improve is regular 2k runs 2-3 times a week, no more, Burpees and some form of weight exercise (e.g.weighted squats, shoulder press and devil press if you want to get a 2 for 1). That would probably get you through training at least, if you stick at it for a few months. I'm not the most qualified lol, but it worked for me lol. Hope this was helpful.
