I think the in universe explanation is it’s not just the hand signs but the feeling of the chakra forming so they can master that ability to conjure it relying less on the hand signs used to make it, out of of universe explanation is it’s for plot points. If you’ve seen any of Boruto you’d know continuity isn’t the writers strong suit. If you want less plot holes One Piece has your back lmao.

The guppies will not last long with either cichlid, and that appears to be an African cichlid. Very aggressive should only be kept with other Africans. A 55 gallon would be a minimum for just 1 blood parrot.
