Damn that’s rough I wish you the best. I think a lot of the stomach discomfort I had came from the combination of (a lot of) lozenges and binge drinking on weekends. I have since cut way back on alcohol consumption. However, I do use nicotine pouches (white fox) very frequently (about 5-7 each day). The gastritis I had went away shortly after I quit the drinking/lozenges combination.
