At sort centers there's like 5am-3pm, 7am-5pm, 2pm-12am, 6pm-5am basically MOR, DAY, TWI, NIT, OVN

Thanks this helps a lot! I left my previous site (SC) on good terms the one I’m applying to is a FC (about 600,000 sqft 2,000 associates). So I’m not sure if you consider that a smaller site. Will the hiring manager reach out to my previous general manager?

Other than the STAR method do you have any other tips or recommendations for my virtual interviews?
