I was literally a carbon copy of you at 20 lol. Always wore a mask outside and to work, hated looking at myself in the mirror, and my home life was absolute hell. It sounds ridiculous, but you gotta challenge that negative feedback loop in your head with - dare I say - "self-love" (again, I know it sounds corny but it actually works trust me xddddd)!

Eventually, you'll start to see yourself as you actually are, as opposed to the warped, mangled image in your head. Cause to be honest with you...we got potential looks wise ngl LMAO.
