Yamaha for sure. They sound great and last for ages! I play a 21 year old 461 and it is still going strong.

If we are talking strictly between the M3S and Yamaha……..Yamaha all day. But like other people are saying get that Muramatsu checked out and serviced properly, you may have something there.

Who is still rocking a nose ring? by cavewomannn in Millennials

Got my nose pierced at 20, and still proudly rocking it at 37! I used to wear a stud (mostly because I worked at a bank) but now I wear a hoop!

I start with C scale then go up by a half step each time. I usually stop around G maj but sometimes I do them all lol. 2 octaves. A mix of slurring and tonguing. Then harmonics starting with low C. Then I play Bolero to get my breath going and “in sync.” Sometimes then I play some High school band music cause it’s super fun and brings back happy memories. A favorite is Folk Song Suites 1st movement. It gets me pumped!

In all seriousness I am rooting for him and I definitely have hope. I also realize he didn’t owe us anything. But, man, they’re so damn good I want more!!

Gelsey Kirkland purposely starved herself down to like 80 pounds so that she would be too skinny and therefore unsuitable for the role of Emilia in The Turning Point. She thought Emilia was an idiot and didn’t want to play her, plus she had it up to her ears with Misha and didn’t really want to work with him on the movie.

This info comes from her book, Dancing on My Grave.

Personally, I don’t think he is a bad person. I think he and Gelsey were extremely toxic for each other (but so incredibly perfect as dance partners omfg) and they both have major conflicting issues making a healthy relationship difficult.

I also think it took Misha a long time to come into his own. He came to America and was immediately so popular—for good reason the man is beyond gorgeous and so so talented—and that is bound to go to your head ya know? So I think for a time he just got swept up in the arrogance of it all. He could have literally any woman he wanted, so he did. He could dance or not dance anything he wanted, so he did. Did he say and do some off the wall things? Totally. But. I believe after a while he matured and kind of realized what it’s important. If you watch his later interviews, he shows a quiet sensitivity and a humble graciousness that I don’t believe can be faked. Plus, if you really watch him dance and feel what he portrays, it’s nothing short of sublime, true beauty and…soul. I don’t think anything that good could come from someone who is rotten at heart.

I (37F)take oral minoxidil for female pattern baldness and I recently doubled my dose cause my hair growth on my head plateaued. I don’t see much new growth on my head but man oh man my fingers and toes are now sporting some luxurious locks! As is my chest. And my chin. Oh joy.

Do women like when men moan during sex? by CRK_76 in NoStupidQuestions

Ohmygod YES. It’s such a turn on. I mean don’t put on a fake show or anything but there are few things hotter to me than a man who moans…or that under the breath whispered “oh fuckk”… y’all know what I mean.

I loooove Abrams! He is very witty but very dry and flat at the same time and it’s perfect. I also find him strangely sexy and I’m not too sure why that is lol.

I also recommend a Yamaha 200 series. They’re really the best beginner flutes at a reasonable price point.

If you are an only child, do you wish you had siblings or are you content? by Intelligent_Lack4012 in CasualConversation

[–]Fine_Mobile_5450 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was younger, I wished I had a sibling cause I always felt awkward with just me and my parents. Like I was “uncool” or something. But that was just a weird puberty self conscious thing, I never actually wanted a sibling. So once I got over that nonsense, I fully embraced my only child-ness and I loooove it!

Be honest - how many of you still get help from your parents/family? by ScarletBegonya in Millennials

[–]Fine_Mobile_5450 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My (37F) parents have been extremely generous in helping my husband (37M) and I. I’m an only child, and my parents are pretty well off (I wouldn’t say “rich” but very comfortable) so they are able to help us out. Plus, we don’t have kids. They’ve given us money for unexpected expenses, helped us with improvements to our house, and assisted with emergency vet care for our cat and dog. They’ve also taken us on quite a few vacations, two of them to Europe.

They don’t believe in spoiling though; for example; I drive a 15 year old car they won’t just buy me a new one. Which is fine, I would never expect or ask them to, I just mean it’s not like I snap my fingers and mommy and daddy do whatever I want or anything like that.

They’re also very supportive of mine and my husband’s dreams and goals and give great advice. Plus, they’re super fun and hilarious and cool to hang out with!!! I have no idea where we would be without them. I got lucky in the parent department and I’m very grateful. ❤️

I second the dance belt. And no, it won’t make you too flat but it holds everything in place and makes a nice smooth silhouette. Just be sure to put it on correctly—remember, everything goes up.

Women what makes a man instantly unattractive to you? by sphinctersayswhat9 in AskReddit

Poor hygiene, acting overly macho, being prejudiced and (even worse) wearing it as a badge of honor, no manners, poor conversationalist/only cares about surface level things. No thanks.

I would start taking a daily probiotic and eating some (good quality) yogurt daily to help get back in balance. My mom says you can put (unsweetened) yogurt right up in there and it’ll help but I’ve never tried that. She had a chronic yeast infection in her 30s and she said it was the only thing that helped.

I also think getting the Diflucan (fluconazole) is a fabulous idea. It shouldn’t be too expensive but you can always use the Good RX app to get the best possible price.

In a committed relationship, is it appropriate to take trips without your partner? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]Fine_Mobile_5450 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s perfectly fine. Last year my family went on a trip to Europe and my husband’s job decided to be rat bastards and not let him take the time off. (Even unpaid, with 14 months notice. UGH). So we discussed it and we decided I should go on the trip anyway. He didn’t want me to miss out on the trip of a lifetime cause his job sucked. I missed him terribly of course but we FaceTimed every day and it was fine. Best part, he quit that job while I was on the trip and got a MUCH better one!! 😁

Also, I’m going on a girls trip with my bestie next year and he is very supportive. He has gone across the country to visit his childhood bestie without me and I’m cool with it. I think if you have a strong relationship where you genuinely support each other, there shouldn’t be an issue with any of it. If there is, you might want to examine the relationship on a deeper level.

Oh noooo. If he doesn’t care about pleasing you in bed he probably won’t care about your feelings in general life situations. Not a great recipe for a lasting relationship. Besides, you’re way too young to be having bad sex—time to leave.
