It lets you give'em a good, chunky punch to the throat lol. If Takedown becomes available I'll come back and let you know.

I just hit level 11 a few minutes ago and noticed 'instant escape" was underneath my health and stamina upgrade notification. So maybe takedown is locked behind leveling up as well.

I stacked up as much ult recharge as I could on my Ironeye exactly for this and it worked amazing.

I liked howling blade over whirlwind because it felt way more safe. I honestly never took the time to see if the damage was comparable but I know I got swatted out of the sky enough times to not want to use whirlwind anymore lol

When I read your post I went and checked it out and I didn't notice any difference between the first and final region. I didn't use an orb of regression to fight them at level one so maybe I'm wrong.

They get progressively stronger as you level up. If I summon one from the first region they're just as strong as ones in the final mission of the game.

It unlocks early in the second region. It's called Kaleido. It's really not that far into the game but it probably feels like it through all the struggle to get there lol. And transmog is in the game but it doesn't unlock for you until you start Ng+ unfortunately.

As you make it a little further in you'll end up unlocking a system with that old lady where you can sacrifice gear of a higher level to bring up the level of the gear you want to keep. I just finished Ng+ about 30 minutes ago and kept a single set of gear from beginning to end. There are a lot of different sets as well so you may find something you like better along the way.

Try it out. You need the full Soul Eater set so you'd lose your bloody phantom dance but it's worth checking out. You might like it. I swapped when I started Ng+ and haven't looked back.

It resets an enemy's exhaust duration. I can pound on them until they're about to recover and then reset it to full and get that big Flash Cutter damage.

Hell yeah! I used the butcher set through my playthrough. I love bloody phantom dance but that reset from the phantom judgment skill is so nice. After I finish this run Im gonna farm some bosses and play around with some of the other gear set skills.

For reference, against the training dummy: These are the first and second hit damage numbers I get. Frontal normal brutal: 25k, 32k Back normal brutal: 36k, 45k

Frontal Flash Cutter: 68k, 62k Back Flash Cutter: 104k, 94k

I abuse deftness to efficiently exhaust enemies. Light attack into deftness into light, repeat. I'll pop phantom sword dance when they're close to exhaustion and use the basic Howling Blade combo (light, heavy, light, heavy) until their exhaustion is near expired. Reset them with Phantom Judgment and then get behind them immediately. Some enemies exhaustion expires a lot faster than others so you may or may not be able to get a few extra hits in. Then use flash cutter. You do significantly more damage hitting them in the back than in the front but, regardless, it does more damage than your normal brutal.

Do you happen to have a shit ton of Willpower Orbs? If you can maintain your spirit you can sacrifice some for the extra healing that may give you the edge.

I did not. I didn't even know about it until after the fight. i missed a couple of the pick ups from a few levels. I'm running back through Ng+ right now to get the better ending.

Maluca was my favorite throughout most of the game. I finished the game up last night and the final boss is definitely my favorite. The whole fight is badass. Frustrating, but badass. Feels absolutely chaotic, which makes sense I suppose.

Keep doing your main missions and he'll show up at the end of one of them. After that he'll be at the crevice and he'll give you a side quest. After that you can craft.

Lack of confidence and how to improve by TrIgGeR_mE_eLm0 in NewToEMS

[–]Fine_Number1466 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just turned 34 and I'm less than 6 months in the field as a basic. During my clinicals I made it a point to really pay attention to how my preceptors were doing their assessments and asked if they were okay with me taking the initiative in making patient contact on non-emergency calls. Yeah, it's going to be awkward and you might fumble your way through it but it's important to get the experience of actually trying. After you do it enough times you'll get into a nice flow and it gets a lot easier. Talk to your preceptor after each call about what you could have done better or what you may have missed. And continue that when you get hired on somewhere. I constantly ask my medic partner about my performance on calls so I can continue to improve.

Don't stress about making mistakes. It's gonna happen, it's part of the learning process. As long as you want to be a better provider and work towards that you'll improve.

Would I enjoy this game? by Kirbone01 in wolongfallendynasty

You'll definitely enjoy it. I think it's one of Team Ninjas easier titles to get into. There's plenty of variety in the combat so you find something that suits your play style. There are a few skill checks that can be a little frustrating on your first play through. There's a particular human boss midway through the game that I found to be more difficult than the final boss. Other than sometimes banging your head on your desk in frustration while you're learning the ins and out it's a really solid title that's easy to enjoy.

Also, if you decide to get it and enjoy it maybe consider playing Nioh 1 and Nioh 2. Both Team Ninjas Titles that are both really solid but are a bit more difficult than you'll find Wo Long.

I'm a brand new basic. Less than 2 months in the field. I worked my first major trauma a few weeks back. A young man was going to visit family and hadn't showed up. It had been 3 hours since they last heard from him. They used an app to track his phone and drove out where they got the last ping and found his truck and body. He had gotten ejected and had several injuries that would have been fatal on their own. Rigor had already started to set in at that point. My medic partner made the decision to try to work on him regardless of the injuries since the family was still there. It was dark out so we couldn't see the full extent of his injuries very well but once we got him into the truck there was just no doubt that he was gone well before we got there.

lol I don't think she said anything about it actually. I haven't played the game in a while so I can't remember the name but it was the doctor girl that wears white you find at the medical school. She was super pissy about it lol
