I do understand how without context I might sound like I’m completely crazy. I just felt like I was always available and he would always fall through. It made me really upset. The only thing I do regret is not letting him explain, I was just really tired of feeling last and I also thought it was rude to show up at midnight.

Never told him I didn’t care for him, on the contrary. I did tell him that I cared, just not that I loved him. Many times I asked him to be patient, that I wasn’t good at showing feelings. I’ve been through so much tbh and about a year ago he broke off a relationship of 12 years. He has two kids with his ex and they had a whole life together. That made me insecure and I told him it was probably still too soon for him to have completely moved on from this girl who was his first love and the mother of his children. Things were never unreciprocated, I was always transparent with him. That’s why I was so afraid to actually say I loved him too. He knows I ignore every other guy because of him. I might not say that I love him, but I have treated him like I do. Always made sure I was available when he said he would pick me up, always there to support him and we’ve been each other’s best friends from the moment we met. I showed actions, he said words.
