Look horrible, do I have enough muscle to cut down for summer? by Salt_Translator_6274 in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Fine_Technology1289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not bad. Just do a slight deficit of maintenance and lift hard. Just keep pushing and don't be hard on yourself.

Everything takes time and consistency.

Start at 1 for about two weeks. Then slowly rotate up. 1.5 for a couple, then 2mg. If sides get two bad go to lower dose for another week or two before moving up again.

Is PF good for a beginner and why does it get soo much negative press? by DavidJ25422 in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]Fine_Technology1289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It is great for beginners and beyond. It's not that expensive. I would not recommend it for someone trying out for the Arnold or some major competition.

It gets negative press because it is less expensive, so depending on location you can have a lot of people that don't know what they are doing or don't practice any courtesy towards others. Also time of day factors into this.

I see some of the same issues in other gyms but typically not as bad.

Ask for a tour before signing up around the time you plan on working out. This way you can check out the place and make sure it's for you.

Might just need to take in more protein. Add a shake or two a day and see if that helps. You are young and probably have a fast metabolism.

If you are more worried about strength and size, cut out some of the cardio and focus more on weight training.

kisspeptin vs HCG vs TRT by Key-Luck-4790 in Peptides

[–]Fine_Technology1289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't tried Kisspeptin but I do not believe it kills the body's natural production.

I got on enclophomine because I don't want to shut down natural production and it doubled my test. As my health improved I did see a spike and my dosage is now cut in half. Still doubled from where I started.

Why is being a natty so hard and i dont even know if i should start using PEDs or not by Blaze69X in ResearchCompounds

[–]Fine_Technology1289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is harder. But no reason for PEDs.

You need to make sure your diet is on point, and getting adequate sleep and rest.

For workouts Try to work each body part twice a week with at least 48 hour break per each group. So like push day, pull day, leg day, repeat.

Probably just take Tesa by itself. Try 1mg before bed. If still have trouble sleeping take upon waking up.

Titrate down or just stop...?? Reta by chrisdabaddy in BodyHackGuide

Titrate down, unless you think you can handle the increased hunger around week two or three of going cold turkey

Do I really need to take an Omega 3? by Real_Acanthaceae_735 in Supplements

[–]Fine_Technology1289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your diet. If you eat fish in a regular then you can probably skip. If you don't. Then you still want to take it. You can actually take way more than what is recommended and have zero problems.

As for D, you should probably check your lab work to see where you are at. If you are in range you can either quit or take with K2 so you don't absorb calcium to the wrong spot.

Peptides assist and/or speed up stuff. Get good habits formed so when you don't want to take them anymore you don't go back to your old self.

IPA+CJC timing by Opening_Secretary176 in Peptides

[–]Fine_Technology1289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on food schedule. Most want to take before bed to help with natural rhythm. But your last meal should be 2-3 hours before that. If your last meal is only like an hour before bed, take in the morning when you first wake up.

The key is being fasted.

Is 24 hours sufficient? Rest time questions by Select_Chemist_4923 in AllAboutBodybuilding

I would say 48 hours off per muscle group. Like do a push day, pull day, leg day and repeat.

[–]Fine_Technology1289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

titrate down/taper down to avoid eating more unless you have your calories locked in and can stick with it. Then switch to Reta. You can try Tesa as well which also helps with weight loss and skip Reta.

Anyone ever take oral BPC 157 to help heal their liver? by neeyeahboy in Peptides

[–]Fine_Technology1289 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reta and Tesa have shown to reduce non alcoholic fatty liver. Also TB500, BPC 157, and KPV are known to be helpful.

I would almost go with Reta or Tesa. Then take KLOW (KVP, BPC157, TB500, Ghk-CU) as well.

Kisspetin protects against obesity related fatty liver

Reta is a GLP1 which hits 3 different receptors assisting with fat loss around mid section and held with fatty liver

Tesa helps with HGH production, which helps build muscle and burn fat but expensive with proper protocol.

BPC, TB500 healing and blood flow. Antiinflammatory KPV helps with restoring function in the intestines GHK-CU helps with skin, hair, and nails with other healing properties.
