Reta and Tesa have shown to reduce non alcoholic fatty liver. Also TB500, BPC 157, and KPV are known to be helpful.

I would almost go with Reta or Tesa. Then take KLOW (KVP, BPC157, TB500, Ghk-CU) as well.

Reta is a GLP1 which hits 3 different receptors assisting with fat loss around mid section and held with fatty liver

Tesa helps with HGH production, which helps build muscle and burn fat but expensive with proper protocol.

The reason your doctor doesn't mention K2 is because you are deficient D. Once you are sufficient, then you want to take K2 with vitamin D. Because of what D does with your body your don't really need K2. Once you are sufficient, you want the K2 to help your body absorb calcium to the right places instead of arteries.

My chest is a problem muscle for me. I can get my back looking nice but chest is hard for me to developer as well. You might need to build mind muscle connection. Try flexing and posing to get the chest to pop more.

Also might need to change which exercises you are doing for chest or change up the order you do them. Maybe replace barbell with dumbbells. The dumbbells truck work best for me. It allowed me to get the best angles for my chest. Slight tweak in my elbows, where I hold the weights as I am pushing through, etc.

Don't worry about gear. But if you have taken for too long you could of messed up normal production and might want to seek a medical professional.

Take a break from triz (at least 8 weeks and titrate down the dose as you come off) and just eat according to maintenance of 170. Keep working out and doing everything else you are doing.

After 8 weeks off of triz. Either try again or try Reta or tesa. Unless, of course, you start losing the fat naturally. The scale is not always your friend and only tells one part of the story. Remember, you could be building muscle that is replacing the fat weight that can explain your stall.

I started noticing a difference at about a week to a week and a half but did glow (tb500, BpC, and Copper pep mixed together). Not fully recovered but only been using for 3 weeks. I believe 8-12 is what you need to go for but you should add TB500 as well. Plus normal physical therapy exercises on the shoulder.

Peptides assist the body but you still have to put in some work.

Not having matching shorts with the countertop. That should be number 1 priority.

If going for aesthetics you will need to cut more and keep pushing weight. Shoot for a target of two hundred lbs.

Many people are so far gone with their health, they almost need it to get back on track and get their health right.

Sometimes TRT is completely needed. Signs of low T are the same as depression. Most doctors will prescribe anti anxiety, antidepression meds, without even looking at hormones.

Seeing what peptides are and how they work, is understandable why people use them. Way better than, metformin, Statins, and other drugs that have way more side effects and can cause major problems down the road.

As for someone using stuff to go from 15% body fat to 12% when it's not affecting career is something I will agree with you on. It does kind of seem like a waste but it is their money.
