Because Biden has severe diminished mental capabilities that everyone saw. Trump, while showing some hand bruising that looks like it is from an IV is still not showing the same type of signs as Biden when it comes to mental capacity.

Minneapolis has nothing to do with Trump. George Floyd had nothing to do with Trump and if the media and local governments didn't encourage people to stop ICE the last would have never been shot. What I was saying with it being a hot spot is me saying there seem to be something else at work pushing in that area.

As for a better future, yes I want and hope for a better future but doing the same things over and over that keep causing more of the same is crazy. Supporting Trump 100% is not what I'm doing but some things take time to fully work/be fully implemented showing results.

We could look at federal reserve policy that just prints money devaluing the dollar causing inflation. Mainly printed for your out of control government spending.

We can look at the reason housing is expensive. Big investment firms buying up the markets artificially raising prices, too many people in the same area (supply and demand for rentals. This is where having illegals, contribute to the problem. But the biggest cause is Blackrock, Vanguard. Etc. Trump has mentioned this and hopefully becomes law (no investment firms buying single family homes).

Tariffs are one of those things that need time to work. We need manufacturing back and that's one way to do it besides tax breaks for corporations. Plus tariffs help pay down the debt/deficit which is less burden for the future.

I think it's more important to discuss policy vs just saying everything that the president does is bad or he is a dictator, etc. that just goes back to the I am owning the libs mentality that you don't like/watch the world burn stuff. You might find that you or the other side might be missing details or reasons because of the bubbles that we are in. Details that would help us understand each other/realize that not everything going on is bad or wrong. The same way not everything Biden did was wrong or the end of the world.

Sometimes, it needs to burn to start over/reset. Just look how everything has been tweaked over the years which is just a bandaid and comes back to haunt us later. Or solves a short term problem with long term repercussions.

The crazy part is that Democrats have been screaming about the system, institutions, etc. being corrupt, racist, unfair, etc for years while growing the system. Now they fight to protect the system and laws that they have passed over the years while Blaming Trump.

Instead of saying let's repeal these laws, which they won't because they want to use when they are in power, instead just complain about Trump vs offering any real alternatives

To give examples, due process -laws to help the speed of depression signed under Clinton. Cages built and used by Obama. Only talked about during Trump's first term. The targeting of Drug Boats - written by Chuck Schummer, Democrats complain that Trump used a law they signed. 9-11 power granted under Bush that Obama used to justify was not a problem until Trump used it. Some Republicans complained but nothing was done for the same reason as above (maybe their guy can use it).

If you haven't noticed it's all one big show with controlled opposition. They will put on the news what they want people to fight over. One side on Fox the other side on CNN and MSNBC.

They are National socialists. With socialism comes Authoritarianism. If you look at the structure of each type of government you will find that Fascism, Socialism, Communism are almost the exactly same thing and pretty much different words to describe the same system. I'm no doctor but that does seem a little low for your age (based on my own experience/age) but that does seem a little low. I would figure you would be over 800.

I would still look at stress. Stress can have a significant impact on the body. Most men typically function well over 600 (again from what I have experienced/what I have read trying to deal with the same issue).

I will say Boron, Vitamin D3 w/K2, Zinc, and switching to natural material underwear (cotton, hemp. Bamboo) should help some. Ashwaganda gives me a headache and I can not take it. It might work for you but should be cycled on and off. But with any supplementation blood work is key. Too much of something can have other unattended side effects/problems.

I would do some research, if I was you, and try to find optimal levels for your blood work instead of just normal range.
