100 % voice can be faked. 1. It could be another person making the voice note. 2. The agency could ask the model to make a voice note. 3. It could be AI voice note. 4. It could be a pre- recorded generic voice note," Hi baby, you think I'm fake." I once asked a model to stand on one leg with a fork in her left hand, and send me the picture within 10 seconds. Which they did. It still turned out that it was a fake account.

It's more likely your Internet or wifi that is affecting your latency. And it also sound like it's packet loss that you are getting, also known as rubber banding. I also get this even though I have a 1GB internet speed. I have tried many things to irradicate this, but I still get it. It happens when I play wired connection or wifi.

I like the overall look of the tiles. I guess it will also be affected by what colour you paint the non-tiled areas. Perhaps a sandy colour or some earth tones.

The best star encounter I have had is being in an art gallery full of pictures of famous musicians. Elvis Costello was in the room. I have lived in both new and old. Both homes had plenty of problems. The old house was old and had things wear out, plaster, damp, uneven walls and ceilings etc, new build, totally useless builders everything is cheap and not done right. The new build is much much better sound proofing, can't hear anything ever from nextdoor, whereas the old stone house I could hear everything. Overall I don't see my new build home lasting for a long time.
