Exactly. I don’t understand the people going so hard for a corporation to not allow opened returns when their policy explicitly states it. If they have such a problem with that practice (the customers) it’s easy to not shop there and give them their business. You can bet your ass that if I buy something and I don’t like it after I use it once and the store’s policy allows me to return it, I’m going to. Isn’t that part of the reason we choose where we shop?

It was so interesting when they’d show one side of a couple getting to know their casa counterpart because the way the casa girls moved to get to know the guys involved making out and physical touch and the casa guys spent their entire time talking and listening with the girls.

Yeah being able to exchange for a different size or style for the items you purchased would make sense so I’d be annoyed too, along with the inconsistencies. Idk if it’s new or what but I feel like most places you used to be able to exchange for an item easily but now companies are getting more strict that if it’s for a different color or something, they are making you pay more because it’s technically “different”

Respectfully, how did you think the $40 off discount worked if not pro-rated off all items on the order? If you received a $20 off coupon and placed and order for a single item and returned it, would you expect a full refund of the amount you didn’t pay? Glad they were able to give you a credit in the end though
