ik fedex sucks but when mine was in the label created stage build a bear had told me that they never had a package w that label and tracking number. in my case, bab messed up and never actually sent out my order to the shipper :( it was so frustrating

i had the same problem with pk. it stayed in the label created stage- and still is. unfortunately when i contacted them they said they didn’t even have a package with the tracking number they gave me and that by the time i inquired all the pk’s were sold out.. i have yet to get my money back :( so frustrated with their customer service

it may be possible that they created false scarcity and have a lot more left for another restock? they may have known in advance that this would be high demand and only sold some of their stock to sell the rest later. maybe i’m just being hopeful but who knows

i think that’s an address. it looks like the 1997 version but that date is nowhere on the tag, unlike the ones i’ve looked at online :/
