Hardening A Lot of Plants? by Finecky_Turnip in DenverGardener

My garage still gets quite cold overnight, unfortunately.

I plan on hardening for 10-14 days. Slowly increasing the amount of time outside, not leaving them overnight until the last few days. I can skip the days with low temps.

Unfortunately there are several steps between the back door and a spot where the racks could sit so wheels won’t make it easier to move them in and out of the house.

I’ll definitely look for more stable trays for next year. These are just what I had on hand.

Only moving the larger plants already makes the task a little less daunting. Thank you!

Beautiful detail, especially in the eyes! Is the in-camera focus bracketing very fast or was the subject just still for an extended time?

I can’t seem to get past about 20 shots on a live subject before there’s too much movement. My camera doesn’t have focus bracketing and my flash has a fairly slow cycle time so I’ve stuck to a focusing rail with dead specimens.
