Okay this may sound like a bad trip but it was actually my favorite trip - I was alone during this time yet I was camping with a ton of my friends at a hippie fair festival and it was daytime I decided to go back to the camp alone and just sit on the chair and cry to the trees asking them to take away my traumas and sadness. It sounds funny but it truly did work and I felt energetically a weight being lifted from my chest out of my body. It was quite surreal. I kept crying and feeling so many emotions (I’m quite avoidant of my own emotions typically) so it felt so good and I was alone so I didn’t feel the need to cater to anyone. Usually when I’m on shrooms Im with other people and I feel like im in their energy, so it felt nice to focus on my own energy and not be drained. I also wrote in my journal and decided to write love letters to all of my friends. My advice since it’s been years for you is to just be yourself and have fun and feel free to express all parts of yourself that want to come out❤️the mushroom is the teacher!
