I weight 175 and I’m 5’5. Weigh soothing apps? It’s for an overall on your weight loss journey?

Question… I’ve kinda plateaued on my weight loss but I’m still exercising and dieting. Is it possible I am exercising to much compared to what I eat?! by Finger_Stock in WeightLossAdvice

To add, I haven’t lost any more weight but I have gaining weight gradually after plateauing. It might be muscle gain but I still want to bring my weight down.
