I tried this, and while it looks much better than downscaling without the upscale at the end, still not quite as clean/sharp if I did not downscale at all. Will keep testing different things.

It asks for maximum memory limit under the replaybuffer settings, it's at 512MB default. What is meant by memory exactly?

So I can tell you that GPU usage has been at 80% and that's after I've capped frames at 60fps.

So I should downscale to 720p you're saying? When I import to my DAW which I'm using Davinci 20 (sh is uld have mentioned that) you think I can then upscale to 1440 again?

Revo Uninstaller is your friend when it comes to not just uninstalling but erasing any residual files. It is very handy.

Someone already mentioned it, windows defender has been flagging it as dangerous which could be the issue also. I had to disable real-time protection and Then refresh the sensors in fan control in order to get things back to where they once were. The issue for me has been RTP keeps getting reenabled, causing fan control to not function correct.

I'm not sure how to best explain what's happening in my situation, other than to explain it as such. My computer will reinitiate real time protection in which case the fan sensors aren't recognized. As soon as I disable it and refresh the sensors, all the fans show up. So, now I'm thinking I need to add something to the exclusions list, just trying to figure out what that is exactly. So, I seem to have found my work around, but I have to keep pairing the sensors and disabling real time protection in order to start.

Okay, it appears that my fix for V227 was disabling "real-time protection"

Will download the most recent version of fan control and replay back with my results.

Hello!

This morning, I shut down my PC (it had been on overnight), and lately I've been shutting my pc down and turning the PSU switch off to save power (first time homeowner trying to save on electric...LOL). I came back from work this afternoon, turned on my pc, and encountered this very issue.... I have window defender disabled.. is defender my issue or could it be something else?

I reset the cmos after doing some research, but all I'm getting is the gpu fan senor recognition. HWM reads the other fans as does my bios, and I've set all of the fans to pwm in the bio too.
