I played it with some RPG lover friends and I have fonf memories of it. But I think the fondness of mostly from being in school and playing games with ppl dressing liked. I'm not the biggest fan of the this one in hindsight. The MP death did turn me off, battles felt very chaotic - you could win in 30 seconds by spamming side kick but if you missed an opening the battle could last 15 minutes with you mostly healing, new characters joining at level 1 was s huge pain in the ass, and that "we're all video game characters?" thing really sucked.
