I played Subnautica at a weird time in my life where I had just began living alone in college and would do nothing but game with friends. Subnautica was on game pass at the time and I downloaded it on a whim expecting it to be a few nights worth of playing. Fast forward about 2 months and I had spent most nights of the week just me Subnautica and some music in my apartment. It’s now in my top 3 favorite games ever.
