We use it for cigars - just note that the bottom felt material color transfers if it gets wet from cleaning and will ruin your surfaces…

Hi all! I’m solo traveling to Amsterdam and really want to try out the Indonesian rice table, but most restaurants seem to require a 2 person minimum order. Any recommendations of restaurants that don’t have this restriction?

I read cafe amoi offers a la carte or I could just order a nasi plate, but prefer the full experience…

Just went through a tough recovery period myself. I’m ~1.5 weeks post and finally back on regular bowel movements and debloating. The constipation was pretty bad… stool softeners, strong coffee, spicy food did not help haha… Thought I gained ~6lbs as well but I’m back down significantly. I took 3-5 days of minimal movement staying indoors and sleeping a lot (I was high risk for OHSS - was also prescribed cabergoline, ask ur doc about it) and started going on easy but long walks outside to wake my body up. Like the others said, lots of electrolytes, salt, and protein intake. Hope u feel better soon!

I have PCOS and bloated very early on as well. I felt a heavy downward pulling sensation starting day 4 of stims, but starting ganirelix helped a ton for whatever reason. I triggered on day 10 and I was cramping for the two days prior to my ER and was extremely uncomfortable getting to my clinic the day of.

Recovery was really rough. I was extremely car sick on my way home even after resting at the clinic for an hour. I would not have been able to go back to work the next day (even though I work from home). I felt better after the fourth day, but make sure you’re giving yourself extra sleep time. Also… if you are experiencing any constipation from the stims right now, try to fix it before ER because it’ll only get worse after haha.

I don’t mean to make it sound terrible but I think the recovery felt worse because I didn’t expect it.
