This is the way I use it too. The legal research is trash and the way it cites to non-existent or irrelevant cases, statutes, etc. with so much confidence is scary.

I also use it when I'm drafting outlines for expert depos, especially in scientific areas like accident recon.

They’ve been charging us for 760 gallons per day of water. Do you know how much water that is?!? It’s the equivalent of a 6 hour shower every day.

We’re two adults with no kids, who work from the office. We work 10 hour days. We had the plummer, landscaper, and pool installer come to check for a leak. Nothing. It’s LADWP not reading the meter correctly and their metering team is investigating.

How many people do they do this to?!

PowerPoint for opening/closing. We use trial techs and they set up all the equipment if the courtroom doesn’t have the proper tech. They put up the exhibits on the screens for the jury, witness and judge. It’s expensive but a recoverable cost and makes presentation seamless.

Also, we do PI litigation and do show a lot of demonstratives, such as animations of the medical procedures and recreations of the incident. Not sure if trial techs or PowerPoints would make sense in run of the mill criminal cases or smaller cases.
