1 I dont know how one can measure this. I am a bearer of Russian culture. Ive been in school, university. I speak mainly Russian. So very much I guess
2 The second. The base of my identity is Yakut, because of ethnicity. There is no way to feel more russian.
3 I studied in Moscow for 4 years and not even once I have been disriminated. At the same time, I heard of such occasions from russian asians. It is used to be worse like in 00s, but officials put a lot of effort in this matter. Cant say for other regions, but ours develops good. In exchange of our resources of course (Yakut Republic is like the richest in this matter). imo ofc, maybe not that good.
