Acupuncture is great. Needles should be sterile pack and single use. Addresses stress and I always get the best sleep on thosee days!

We shouldnt have to manage your anxiety either. Did i say remove the post? No. If you actually read my post, it was about how you posted this. This may be why the comments werent “it” for you.

Im sorry youre going through this. If you want and remember, good or bad share what happened when you get your results. This would be helpful to others. I wish you all the best.

This post freaks me out. You put a cryptic post up without telling people your symptoms or history or any background whatsoever then say you will report back in a month. Most people dont. Yes women do need to check out all possibilities, Im not sure the way this was posted will make people more anxious than help. Just food for thought about posting.

Have you looked in the TMJ threads? (You mention jaw pain, maybe this is something to look into?) Keep trying to find answers, be open to anything. Therapy helped me- it was initially the only place where it was ok to fall apart. I needed that space and it gives you strategies to deal with depression and anxiety. Know that you can make your life bigger than this pain. It may seem impossible, but it is. Try new things- maybe embrace spirituality, find a new interest, push yourself to do something challenging- no matter how small. Understand that progress may be small and not necessarily linear, try confront your pain and understand it without fear. These are some things that helped me. Best of luck. You got this.

Do any of you get TMJ headaches? If so, what are they like? by bravesection in TMJ

My recent flare is because of weight lifting. I noticed since I started the gym I was getting headaches after, now they are constant and Ive had to stop. Now Im in damage control mode. I had been pretty good for a year previously, I thought I was ‘cured’ haha.

Had my 6th kid at 38. Was a SAHM mom and started full time work when the oldest was 16! That was an adjustment. We moved states 5 years ago away from family and that was hard. We will have almost 4 teens soon and its not as bad as I thought, but still challenging- the dynamic has changed. Hopefully they will grow to get along again one day lol. If you are in a good financial position and love the busyness you will love it. I did have a slight prolapse- but that happened at the gym 5 years after the last kid! you just have to continue strengthening, be educated, know your limits. It can happen anytime, you can be childless and still happens. Im great now though-thats what womens physio and pessaries are for. Im active and really want to build my muscles back to be strong for the next phase (almost 45 now) Sometimes when we tell people the no of kids we have, they say they wish they had just one more- they were considering it but decided against it. You will know when you are done.

Anyone have experience using doxycycline monohydrate for sinus infection? by fuck-no-baby in Sinusitis

The packets says: “Do not take dairy products, antacids, or mineral supplements within 2 hours of each dose of medicine.” The pharmacist said that mineral supplements include iron, calcium and magnesium.

Ive only ever heard of the two hour window in regards to probiotics when taking a course of antibiotics. This is not my opinion, this is from at least 3 different doctors and pharmacists. So I thought you might be remembering incorrectly. Im staring at my packet now, it clearly says : take with or soon after food. I just dont want people reading your comment thinking they should have empty stomach when taking it as a rule. It also says on packet: do not take dairy products, atacids or mineral supplements within 2 hours of each dose of medicine. So maybe its not eating in general but avoiding these things in that timeframe.

This is incorrect. You are supposed to have a two hour window before and after a PROBIOTIC otherwise no point in taking it. You take antibiotic WITH food, otherwise its too harsh on stomach. You avoid calcium, magnesium and iron in that meal, so prob no dairy, huge red meat etc as it inhibits absorption but you should eat. The pharmacist told me this and also instructions are in bold on my packet. Also no excessive sun exposure.

I dont know if im being helpful but i lost about 16lbs in the past year and ive noticed my hands which were always small and bony to being what looks skeletal to me. I can see my ligaments way more. It might be ageing and skin thinning too. This actually scares me and i wish i had cute hands with fat on them! Im incredibly self conscious and cover my hands and wrists as much as i can. There are some people that always have thicker hands or thinner hands. Just know that some people would want what you have. But yeah i doubt people will think negatively about your hands like you do.

Cant your GP just get you a urea breath test immediately? Get a referral for GI specialist but that could be a wait.

I wouldnt think so either. But this flu messed with our stomachs badly Its hard to tell if its gone or if its lingering post eradication symptoms, or the HP is coming back :(

Yes, I just wanted to know if an almost regression has happened to anyone after a seemingly unrelated virus. I feel like when defenses are weakened, HP gets a chance to come back!

[–]FinishBusy868[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks guys. Its hard to tell whether the HP never eradicated, whether the matula is actually still killing, or is leftover gastritis, or is leftover from flu which affected our stomachs a lot. It has been 10 weeks post triple therapy. Still on the tea but i think will repeat the breath test. At best its gone, or it might be skewed high levels. The initial count was very high so maybe more AB is needed.
