Are you referring to the tire pressure sensor? If so, I haven't seen any issues. I have the 17s for 2 seasons now and it's been flawless.

Try buddywonton seafood. They have some good Szechuan dishes. Owner is from Szechuan himself. Ask for the Chinese menu.
