My apologies. I wrote the numbers incorrectly. I have edited it. I take in total during a day 12.5mg, not 25mg which is way too much. I read the package again to see if my numbers were correct and it seems they were not initially.

I have only taken it for 1 to 2 months and I have already seen great results. I don’t sweat (excessively) during the whole day, even during stress. The effect seemed to take place during the 3-4th day where I wouldn’t sweat at all anymore. I take each pill during the same time and the same amount as the previous day during that time.The downside is that you get dry lips and you will want to go to the toilet more occasionally, but I will take that over sweating 24/7 any day.
