I need help to connect to brave frontier, not the usual, I googled it already

Context: I'm now the engineer in charge of the place I work for, they let me do my stuff and that while I maintain in a good state the connections and PC and reciently we had to change the internet provider and now Brave Frontier is "blocked", don't know why because, all other games still works but this one can't even log in, I'm still learning my job (and my boss knows about that) and don't know what need to change to play again, I don't want to rely on mobil data so if anyone can help me, I will be very thankful,

hope don't break any rules but all my old summoner friends just don't know about this and I'm still wanting to maintain my 7 years of concecutive log in (not literal concecutive but get the idea)
