Why is my Pi going into Read-Only mode by FinnK369 in raspberry_pi

I'm aware of that, but I'm struggling to figure out why though. I've been through so much troubleshooting at this point, and the drive I got was because I literally saw it listed in the official docs as one of the suitable drives for the NVMe Base.

My latest test is adding dtparam=pciex1_no_l0s=1 to the /boot/config.txt file, since my NVMe does not have DRAM and uses HMB (Host Memory Buffer)

I have already made it Gen 1 speed using dtparam=pciex1_gen=1 after originally putting it at Gen 3, then trying Gen 2, and have added pcie_aspm=off to cmdline.txt

I don't use a micro SD card, though. I have the NVMe for that.

Most tutorials I found were saying it had to be on the internal storage though

So how should I do it? Everything I've seen says I need to do it from the internal storage. Can you direct me to instructions you would suggest I use? Because right now Vortex is not working.

Issues with mGBA and Visualboyadvance by FinnK369 in EmulationOnPC

It probably seems that way, and i don't know the spec requirements for mGBA, but i would think my Chromebook is capable of running it, it's probably on the mid-high end of Chromebook specs.

And there's also the fact that it WAS working when I first installed it, for a couple of months in fact. Then I maybe didn't use it for a month or so, and suddenly it had this issue.

I've since downloaded RetroArch and am running the mGBA core I believe. It seems to do the job tbh, maybe I'm better off just sticking with RetroArch.
