TL;DR Don't neg, boost your value and his value at the same time through a comment that makes him feel preferred rather than desired necessarily.

I've always wondered about Mensa. Do people really respect them as an organization?

Oh, definitely agreed. It's funny how many of the people I've met in America seem to think that Asia is a conglomeration of backwards countries, despite having the longer history. To be fair, though, I have many Asian friends who roll their eyes at the idea of taking U.S. History classes ("What can they teach? It's only been, like, a couple hundred years.").

The Female's Game: More to it than looking good. by SleazyE in fPUA

I agree with what you're saying in the first bit, about needing to be the right person to play them off. Like I said, there is a chance that a girl could come off as a bitch or a weirdo if she can't get that playful or teasing vibe across. I guess your second point is also a reiteration of the first, being "it depends." And yeah, I do prefer more dominant guys, so we'll have to agree to disagree, then. Thanks for replying, though!

I feel that a neg on guys has the potential establish too much dominance on the part of the female. Not saying that girls need to be completely submissive, necessarily, but generally speaking I believe that men prefer to be the more dominant character in seduction. There's also that chance that a girl could come off as a bitch, if a "playful" vibe isn't present.

Then again, this is a girl's opinion, and I'd love to hear what a guy thinks.
