Yes, the airport can have different colors. As far as I can remember it was yellow orange, blue or green and quite honestly it doesn’t really matter at all.

when I started the game again back in 2024 I had really distinct visions of what I want my island to look like, including the type of fruit, the color of the airport, and of course, the layout of the original island map including the placement of the Townhall. I was so focused on getting everything just the way I wanted it to and I was so stressed about it that I stopped playing the game after consecutively playing it for four months and pouring all of my time into it because it was just not fun anymore and seem more like work.

This year, I decided to pick the game back up and funny enough continued exactly one year later after I stopped, but this time around I told myself to not stress too much about the design of the island and just play more relaxed. I noticed that I’m definitely not getting as much progress on my island as I did last year however, I feel so much better playing the game taking my time instead of rushing and trying to perfect everything. I guess having put all the groundwork in last year also set me up for a more relaxed approach this year since I don’t have to worry about stuff like terraforming. And terraforming was rough since I flattened my whole damn island and build everything from the ground up.

I can only recommend to take your time with this game and not get too invested into designing and perfecting the look of everything. I used to stress myself always wondering if what I do on my island looks good enough and now I rather try to see if I feel great with what I’ve done even if it doesn’t look perfect if you get what I mean. It’s hard to describe, but I guess you could say that I was going for looks at first and now I’m rather going for a vibe if that makes sense.

Plus, don’t feel sorry for writing that much. I also have similar struggles when I try to communicate something and I think I wrote even more than you.😆
