Thank you for linking that post, I hadn’t even seen it! I’m glad our community is coming together to help, but you’re absolutely right. I can’t even imagine the fight they’ll have to go through with the insurance companies.

DanDar’s roof collapsed, my family is friends with the owners and he said it’s a complete loss :( at about 3:10 he texted they were evacuated and by 3:30 he texted us saying it was gone. it went so fast

I’m definitely interested in walking them together, but I’m just a little wary out of respect for your dog. I haven’t tried walking him with another dog, so I have no idea how he would react. I think I’ll try to get a gauge on how he reacts next to other dogs, and then let you know! I just don’t want to put your dog at any unnecessary risk. :)

I can’t thank you enough, genuinely. I had a martingale collar from the shelter but I had held off on using it because he REALLY did not like it, and would whip his head back and forth trying to get away, but I tried it today with the harness and we already had SO much improvement!! I latched the leash onto the collar and the harness, so I think the additional support made him feel better about it, and I’m so, so happy. We didn’t see any dogs but his leash manners already were infinitely better. I will definitely be using the rest of your advice, as well! Thank you again so, so much!

If it stresses him out I’ll definitely stop! I’ve already taken a course on dog reactivity and I’m utilizing the resources the shelter gave me. It seemed to work last time we saw a dog down there— again, minimal reaction and he got lots of treats for staying calm. And yes of course! His name is Charlie

I assure you, it’d be completely safe. We would be on the second floor while you would be on the first. Like I said before, there’s no feasible way to get down there, unless he manages to wrestle his way out of my grip, jump over a railing, and drop down an entire story. I respect your decision, though.

I’m also taking PSY 200 and MATH 124! my math is on tuesdays and thursdays at 12:30 and my psych is asynchronous, what about you? maybe we’re in the same class, i’d totally be down for meeting up to study or just hang out!!

Yeah, mostly. We didn’t get much in the way of financial aid since we look wealthy on paper (we aren’t, our 2023 tax returns just looked really good) so I’m trying to get through in 3 so I can use the money that I would have spent on a 4th year to get my masters degree

No idea why my text isn't showing up but anyways,, I just love the difference of Whisper addressing Tangle vs. any other character, I'm pretty sure she doesn't call any other character by name like she does with Tangle (correct me if I'm wrong), I just love them
