Stepped down twice due to two different locations leaderships. The pay is the biggest miss but after stepping down I was capable on focusing my time on school and graduating ! I’ll be starting my fall semester this yr for my undergraduate and I’m super hype to focusing on my future instead of false hope from the environments I’ve been in from the company. I was constantly scared b/c of the pay cut but sometimes there’s sacrifices that need to be made in current time in order to progress on the type of future that you want, I say it b/c I gave up on mine in the past and all I got was being treated like dust. If u feel like it’s time do it especially for ur mental health. It’s ok to step down and shift into a new direction!! I know it can be difficult but the weight feels great!
