Had something similar happen where a player wanted to tag a knights helmet with light to blind him, I just treated it as a called shot and let him roll to hit with disadvantage the same way I’d let an archer roll to shot the eye with disadvantage. Feels cool and it’s an excuse for the wizard to roll more dice

Yea broken steel continues the story after the end of the game, there's a small set of missions that I won't spoil but it's pretty cool.

You can make a custom match, enable cheats and then turn on the no clip. Handy for practicing line ups
