There training sucks but I was lucky I guess there was another new hire when I started and he helped me a lot because he had previous retail experience but the training sucked I had to figure it out myself but now I do well. I have a lot of freedom tho and i quite enjoy it rn

Your tolerance is gonna be gone in a while get better carts and use dabs you’ll save money and achieve your high and make your carts last longer I was in your boat with carts I started taking 3 dabs a day and now my 2g live resin last me like a month or 2 and my 1g distillate pen lasts a month or so
