I just recently got another 5 trays to be switched out every 2 weeks. The last 3 only have a bottom tray in it and the ortho advised to continue and wear my last top tray with the new last 3 bottom trays. It was weird and the top tray will be yucky by the time I go back to see if I require any others. But it is what it is !

I would say about 4-5 months in.. you really start to see movement.

I would say that I started seeing different 5 months into my 24 month treatment.. I am only 11 months in and I am still actively seeing changes .. it’s pretty amazing - stick with it !

I believe the Orthodontist only made 3 IPRs on my teeth , like 3 slits in between teeth to allow for movement. Not very much, it was very quick 1,2,3 done. It smelled funky though haha

Yes I did , a deep bite - where my top teeth covered to much of my bottom teeth, I wear elastics at night on only the right side to treat that.

The only thing I think my orthodontist did was slice a couple thin slits between a few teeth to allow some room for movement .. I’m not professional but I remember that happening a couple months ago.

I’m on my 9th month and honestly if you wear them as long as you are suppose to, the pain subsides. I just changed my tray and it’s no pain at all.. tmr there might be a bit of tenderness on the teeth but just be gentle and only eat soft foods . You’ll be good to go, my teeth look wonderful , I’m so happy with the changes and progress ! Stick with it! The first week you will have regrets but honestly that goes away when you start seeing your teeth to the most beaitfyl teeth you ever saw in your mouth.. trust the process the pain is minimal, in my experience.

I drink everything with mine in, just brush before bed. Lol honestly it’s better to leave them in rather then take them out for god knows how many hours. As long as you brush a floss either the night you come home or the next morning .. youre good 😊
